The Village of Armada is located in the northern part of Macomb County, in the township of Armada. It is approx. 1.5 hours north of Detroit. It is 1 mile square with a population of approximately 1700. The police department consists of The Chief of Police, 1 Full Time Officer and 10 Part-Time Officers. The Police department provides 24/7 coverage to the residents and business of the Village of Armada. Our vehicle fleet consists of a 2022 Ford F150, a 2019 Ford Explorer and and 2016 Dodge Charger.. Our vehicles are equipped with in-car computers running the TALON program.
HOW TO CONTACT THE ARMADA POLICE
The Armada Police Department usually has an officer available 24 hours a day. However, the officer may be on patrol or taking a complaint and not available at the office. In the event you need the Armada Police, please call the regular listed number, (586) 784-9152 The call will transfer to the cell phone carried by the on-duty officer.
