The Village of Armada is located in the northern part of Macomb County, in the township of Armada. It is approx. 1.5 hours north of Detroit. Population is approximately 1700. The police department consists of The Chief of Police, 1 Full Time Officer and 9 Part-Time Officers. This gives the Village 24 hour police coverage. We recently upgraded to one Dodge Charger and one Ford F150. Both vehicles are used for routine patrol. However one is set up for traffic enforcement. Both cars are equipped with in-car computers running the TALON
HOW TO CONTACT THE ARMADA POLICE
The Armada Police Department usually has an officer available 24 hours a day. However, the officer may be on patrol or taking a complaint and not available at the office.
