SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Pres. Stork called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. All rose for Pledge of Allegiance. Present at roll call: Stork, Sutherland, Clark, Coenen. Absent: Cooper, Stirrett, Wolak. Also present: Clerk Poulos.
GENERAL BUSINESS
AGENDA, APPROVAL OF
MOTION by Coenen, seconded by Sutherland, to approve agenda as presented.
All Ayes CARRIED
1. APPROVAL FOR TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE
Raymond Drummond owner of Kozy Korner Saloon is asking permission of Council for a temporary liquor license to serve alcohol outdoors during a 40th anniversary party on August 29. He is also asking for permission to use the municipal lot behind the business for a tent.
MOTION by Sutherland, seconded by Clark, to approve a revocable license for land use between the Village of Armada and Raymond Drummond Et Al/Kozy Korner Saloon.
All Ayes CARRIED
MOTION by Clark, seconded by Coenen, to approve the application by Raymond Drummond Et Al/Kozy Korner Saloon for temporary outdoor sales on Municipal property.
All Ayes CARRIED
MOTION by Sutherland, seconded by Coenen, to adjourn the meeting at 6:05 pm.
All Ayes CARRIED
