SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Pres. Stork called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. All rose for Pledge of Allegiance. Present at roll call: Stork, Sutherland, Clark, Coenen, Stirrett, Wolak. Absent: Cooper. Also present: Carol Thurber, Don King, Fazal Khan (Fazal Khan & Associates), Scott Chabot (Giffels Webster), Bill Thompson (Lehner & Associates), Steve Kinder (Williams & Works), Mike Carpenter (Rowe Professional Services), Richard and Joan Weinand. Clerk Poulos arrives at 7:12 pm.
GENERAL BUSINESS
AGENDA, APPROVAL OF
MOTION by Clark, seconded by Coenen, to approve agenda as presented.
All Ayes CARRIED
1. DISCUSSION OF GENERAL ENGINEERING AND FRANKLIN/HOLLWEG STREET PROJECT
The Council discussed each of the Engineering Firms qualifying statements. Council and the Engineers who were present discussed the street project at length with the Engineers answering specific questions posed to them by Council.
MOTION by Clark, seconded by Coenen, to adjourn the meeting at 8:14 pm.
No further business.
