SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Pres. Ballard called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All rose for Pledge of Allegiance. Present at roll call: Ballard, Boelke, Clark, Coenen. Absent: Wolak, Stork and Guse. Also present: Clerk Poulos and Treasurer Adair.

MOTION by Clark, seconded by Boelke, to approve agenda as presented.

GENERAL BUSINESS
1. APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
President Ballard explained that these two items were pulled from the agenda of 2-11-08 as the Village Secretary was ill and could not complete the preparation for the meeting.
MOTION by Clark, seconded by Boelke, to approve Payment of Bills totaling $87,003.65 for payment as follows:
1. General Fund $ 45,162.51
2. Water Plant Fund $ 0
3. Water System Fund $ 5,379.79
4. Sewer Plant Fund $ 22,293.69
5. Sewer System Fund $ 2,163.50
6. Major Street Fund $ 2,322.26
7. Local Street Fund $ 1,633.49
8. Municipal Street Fund $ 2,895.16
9. DDA $ 5,153.25
Total $ 87,003.65

2. TREASURERS REPORT
MOTION by Boelke, seconded by Clark, to receive the Treasurer’s Report for filing.
